This is what I got from Holy Spirit in my meditation this morning. It meant a lot to me as I have used my self-definition of being an extreme introvert as a cover. I've used that cover as a retreat from reaching out to others. All of such habits started when I was an overweight child. I was sensitive to rejection and felt rejected by my peers and separate from my elders.
